I signed a contract because the kirby representative said everything was lifetime warranty except for lights. I called my husband to let him know and he said "no", but when I told him the sales guy said "lifetime warranty" he made me ask the sales guy over the phone again if it's true. We figured Kirby is really a good company to provide lifetime warranty on bags and shampoo. We never bought one before so we didn't know this wasn't right. Now he denies it and says he would never say that. I didn't have it written in the contract which I should have.
