While going through my banking on-line I noticed a check no. That was very large (6 numbers) and the amount of 199.00. Called my bank that's not mine. The bank gave me the a phone number to call.
I called Independent marketing 2 said I order a medical package and I never did and didn't get a package in the mail. They gave me a cancel number and I'll be getting a refund back into my checking with in 15 to 20 days.
Well it makes 29 days. Now when I call they said their processing dept are having diffculties with the refund and it should be there shortly.
And my bank is claiming since its consider a paper check and not eletronic withdrawl they can't do nothing about it to reverse it. Top it all off they gave me the number for the processor and the woman I'm suppose to speak to doesn't even respond or return phone calls. I've been robbed!
