I applied for a loan at cash advance.com. My information was taken from there and was taken from my checking with an eletronic check that I did not authorize. I called my bank to find out what was the check for, the told it was from secure identy service. The bank gave me a number I can called to get in touch with them. The company cause me to have insuffenct fees taken out because they took out 31.85 out of my account without my knowledge.
When I called the company to find out what was going on, they said they would refund my 31.85, and asked about the 142.00 that they cause in fees in my account. They said that they were not respondable, when they were.
If they did not debit my account I wouldnt be having this problem.
I asked if I can speak with A superviser they told me it would be a while, I said I would hold on, they said Its going to be long time. So I hung up and called back, to get somone on else on the phone. She putme on hold for 45 minutes.
