My checking account was charged $39.99 by MB Pink Home Ent. I called the 800# claiming to be a "processing center" and she could not tell me what the charge was for just that it was done by Pink Home Entertainment. I told her I did not order from Pink and wanted a refund.
She claims I will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days but I find that very unlikely as I asked for a confirmation number and she said it will be the same as the reference number on the check. I did contact my bank (which is a small town local bank) and they are going to reverse the charge.
