My daughter in Arz., was told if she got this phone she had to have a checking account, so she used mine. Under the impression they were only going to take $3.99. Surprise, they took $149.99. Call one did this 1-11. I have called them every ten days to see where my money is and Call One keep telling me it will be here in 10 days. Call One also said they were going to do and investation on this. Which they claim they have.
So far no refund. I filled out there refund paper, (took that paper to a lawyer to mke sure there was no loop holes, and she said there was none), plus gave them the cancellation number Call One gave my daughter back in December. Call One keep giving me the run around. I called them today 5-05-05 and they said my check well be here 5-07-05.
Well, I've heard that before, many of times. The telemarketing was done at my daughters LuAnn Gunn, her phone number is 480 844-1407. She to has try to contact Call One and they tell her that they can only talk to me. Which to me makes know sence, because it all started with her and Call One didn't feel they had to contact me before takeing that large of amount of money out of my account.
