Charged my card, never sent package, promised to send months later, still didn't Wichita

I ordered cosmetic supplies in November, was billed in November, never received product. After MANY phone calls and emails, In February Angie the owner called me! And acted very apologetic and promised she would mail product 2 day mail the very next day!

Surprise! Never got it!!!
Now it is March 19th, I had an email on the 9th of March that my product was going out USPS on the 11th, but was never actually mailed I have been checking with the USPS daily.

Save yourself complete frustration, money and time by NOT USING SOAPNCANDLES!!!

Were talking Fall order not here in Spring!!!
Even if by some miracle my product arrives, it is the worst customer service in the world.

I just want a refund at this point and to never THINK about soapNcandles again
