I have joined a growing number of individuals who have been ripped off by etrendnation, an eBay store owner. I ordered my product on March 1. When it did not arrive after two weeks, I emailed them to inquire - got no response, so I filed a dispute with eBay and Paypal. THEN they replied, with a lame story about damaged product being returned by FedEx (though they had never sent me a FedEx tracking number. They assured me they would send me the product, but express mail, and that it would be mine in 2-3 business days. I felt much better when I received a USPS tracking number. The USPS cite, however, showed only that they number had been requested, and that they should EXPECT to receive the item for shipping, but it hadn't been dropped off yet. It has now been another 10 days, and my product has not been taken to the USPS yet.
In checking the etrendnation feedback forum, I see that there are no less than a dozen other people, who seem to have similar experiences - the seller blames the buyer - accuses them of not calling - but the phone number does not work. They ask immediately that the negative review be removed in return for shipping of the item - I replied that I will not consider that until I have my product.
BUYER BEWARE - there are lots of thieves out there, and these people seem to qualify!
