After 3 yrs of reporting resort owner, Jeffry C. Winslow aka: Mono Hot Springs Resort as being a danger to the public, there has been no investigation. I reported:
That this man was poisoning me, with suspicions he was going to kill me.
7th wife of this man's partner pleaded for help while reporting same in 1996. Deceased 1 yr later, age 39.
Excessive number of guests robbed; same with their homes (including fires)
Employees claim that clothing, vehicles, jewelry, etc. "given" to them. Even homes!
Trail of fraudulent and/or forged legal documents. Acquiring property by fraud - at no cost.
Hidden cameras
Suspected kidnapping
Suspected arson
Suspected homicide
Lived with mother in small apartment until her death. Owned nothing; public records show pages of liens against him.
Claims a "rag to riches" story by investing in Penny Stocks online. Not true - he married a wealthy woman he met through his resort; began forging her name. Forgeries verified by expert. Says he "got rid of her" due to psychotic behavior - she is now "in another world." His description of her resembled what I had become while poisoned. After being told I was "just about to meet her" I researched and uncovered more fraud - more forgeries, including her deceased mother's signature! And more.
Referring to himself as a predator, this man is linked to an estate planner who, along with estate attorneys, is disrespecting clients' final wishes by altering their legal documents; creating fraudulent Trusts for including and distributing assets they way THEY see fit. He is linked to people renting homes that are vandalized in order to create problems they sue the owner/landlord for.including sewer vandalism which creates sewer floods, mold, insurance claims, law suits, foreclosures, fires, etc. City of Fresno refused list of addresses where plumbing/sewer vandalism carried out, in order to verify pattern of sewer floods. Nor did they want list of addresses where forged and/or fraudulent legal documents.
In fact, they appeared very angry at this being uncovered. With no investigation whatsoever, law enforcement called me a "liar" and threatened me with being taken if I did not stop reporting this man. Another officer told me they will not investigate due to this clean record. (Don't most cons and/or serial killers have clean records, good reputations, and mislead law enforcement?) Secret Service (Jason) went as far as to request the original evidence in lieu of photocopies, then apparently destroyed it before demanding, "This did not happen!"
Mr. Winslow is an extremely dangerous man who, for some reason, is being allowed to continue all of the above. Law enforcement is covering all of this up. Regardless of proof that this has been going on for many years, law enforcement has instructed other agencies to disregard me, claiming I am "crazy" and "imagined" this! I admit I was "crazy" while being poisoned, beginning with a man I reported in 1993 (who I suspect later switched my father's pills, resulting in his death - he is linked to this resort owner.) But how in the hell could I have uncovered solid evidence if I "made this up?" Using a so-called "crazy" person as an excuse to allow a multi-million/billion dollar operation to continue at a cost of what appears to be, human lives, is not acceptable - the public is entitled to more than this.
The media needs to get a hold of this so it can be exposed - I am unable to get past the corruption. Also need someone with resources for signature verification if this last discovery is proven to be forged, I believe it leads to many more millions of dollars worth of fraud. (A simple audit would verify what this man is running and this would come down like dominoes.)
