My life has been destroyed by a group of people running a real estate theft operation. And much worse. While being given chemicals without my knowledge, the damages and theft to my home and family's 2 estate properties next door went beyond belief. I am called a liar and crazy for making such a claim.By people who did not see these same things being carried out through the entire city! Some, in their own homes. Others, to their own family members.
Never trust or believe that a so-called friend cannot be bought. Shari Garza was in my home when I was at work or away on weekends, as it was being stripped, robbed, vandalized. Acting as though she owned it, she demanded explanations as to what I was doing home after I quit my job. (The boss was the ringleader.) She assisted in severing ties to me, going as far back as whom I went to kindergarten with! Involved in hidden cameras and recorders as proof of what a horrible person I am. She is a cold-blooded, evil bitch who did not expect me to get away from this group before they finished what they began.
Still refusing to believe she could be a part of anything so horrible, I showed her the fraud I was uncovering. Deep down, I knew she had already seen it the forgeries were all over my desk, being shoved aside as my computer was being kept monitored. Ms. Garza had previously been in the real estate business she knew exactly what they were.insignificant. (I did not need any help with the horrible and vicious things coming from my mouth as these chemicals were being given to me. I cannot imagine how much worse I was made to look due to the computer being networked.)
Due to Ms. Garza's obsession with my bookkeeping, I believe she may be the person who took it. Most is still missing and what was left had been altered. Although every penny had been accounted for, that too, was a horrible mess. The person taking over would have needed the records from the first computer to make sense of it. But the truth was not what anyone in this group was after. The penalties are still accruing as a result of this.
My home, health, appearance and behavior were out of hand. Clearly, something was seriously wrong. 40 yrs of friendship was kicked aside when this woman saw the chance to take advantage of the situation rather than offer any help.
I went on to uncover one of the biggest and most corrupt operations imaginable. An investigation would prove it to be behind the deaths of my family members and countless others. Unfortunately, by the time I got away and returned to my senses, the damage had already been done. All my credibility was destroyed.By self-proclaimed experts, such as Ms. Garza. A group that demands the truth, but does not allow it.
After 14 yrs as a caregiver, the next 7 have been spent living in fear of my life as the theft and vandalism continue. Pinned in a mold-contaminated hell I once called, "home" - about to be homeless. Kept isolated and monitored - attempts to seek help intercepted as I am further discredited and/or doors slammed in my face. There is no way out of this for me.
And yet nothing was ever about me. It was about my signature on property this group intended on adding to their vast collection of other property obtained by fraud. People such as Ms. Garza are not interested in hearing anything, or helping others. The lives/safety of others are insignificant; the only interest is in denial of all. She conspired with my siblings in overriding our parents' final wishes. Never, in the 40 years I knew this woman had I ever seen/heard such exhilaration as when she was in the midst of destroying my life. I hope she burns in hell for what she has done, and the lives it affected. And the lives it will go on to affect.

The City of Fresno's sewer division finally got caught at their "secret sideline" that appears to have started over 30 yrs ago. Toxic waste behind real estate theft. They refuse to acknowledge me in order to clear any of this up. The furthest I got with the sewer division was an over-the-phone prayer by Dan, the Supervisor. They refuse to acknowledge what they did to me and/or my family's properties in order to run us off. With this going on throughout Fresno (more), vandalized homes are being sold to unsuspecting buyers, some of which entail title fraud as well. Mr. Sweeney, of Fresno's Dept. Of Real estate refuses to investigate. Disclosure laws are being disrespected, with evidence of this on a widespread scale. Clamps are an indication that the sewer ("wye") was relocated, which cannot be done without relocating all the sewer lines on the property. Removing walls and putting them back can result in extensive damages, which may not be seen at first. These kinds of damages can lead to ongoing repairs, fraudulent tenant lawsuits, foreclosures, more. My home is now contaminated with mold - I assume countless others are as well. Asthma, respiratory, birth defects, etc.
Sewer vandalism is behind a multi-billion dollar real estate theft operation. Creating toxic overspills to ultimately destroy lives and take what others worked lifetimes for. Tearing down the walls of my home and family's 2 estate properties next door and putting them back up, created a horrendous mold problem. The City's former employee, now a life insurance agent/estate planner, conspired with my property insurance agent in cancellation of coverage as this went on. Fraudulent legal documents had already been prepared, naming this life insurance agent, "Successor Trustee" in preparation for what was to come - my scheduled "departure." The Laundromat next door to these properties, where this was also carried out, remains vacant. Cannot locate owner - new deed to property appears forged. No help or interest. Dept. Of Insurance sees nothing wrong with any of this either, regardless that an investigation would expose the truth behind the many years this insurance agent has claimed to "enjoy helping elderly clients with home repairs." (Add "incapacitated.") Plumbing problems ensue; on call is his son, a licensed plumber. It goes from there. Meeting more people as he carries this out enables his entourage to enter the homes of others under the guise of friendship, as they offer more "home repairs." Kitchen and bathroom tile, counters and flooring are the first stages of this operation.
An investigation would uncover the largest real estate theft operation ever. Entailing insurance fraud, fraudulent and forged (verified) legal documents, theft, sewer vandalism on public and private property, mold lawsuits, verified VIN altering, ID theft, bank fraud, foreclosures, suspected arson, poisoning, missing persons and suspected homicide - all linked to the same parties. It would reveal estate planners and estate attorneys altering clients documents, creating fraudulent Trusts for later distribution to beneficiaries whose name (s) are forged. With so many people being taught how easy this is to carry out and get by with, the crime in Fresno continues to escalate. We are no longer safe in our own homes.
