I believe this man is an extreme danger to the public and has no business running a resort in the mountains until he is investigated for fraud and the whereabouts of the person (s) whose name he is forging.
Because of what he did to me, I uncovered a multi-million/billion dollar real estate theft, insurance fraud operation being run in Fresno, CA! Run by insurance agents, estate planners and estate attorneys - altering client's final wishes and preparing fraudulent Trusts for final distribution. Mr. Winslow's forgeries were verified by a handwriting expert. Others in his group are vandalizing sewer lines in order to file toxic mold claims and/or force the owner off their property due to ongoing problems. With insurance agents among the group, canceling the property insurance as the damages continue force them into foreclosure. Forced to sell my family's property, that is when I discovered my own fraudulent documents! My family and I ultimately lost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Mr. Winslow claims to "have more money than he will ever be able to spend" as he prances about in his high-heeled boots and cowboy hat. That is not what public records indicate: http://www.criis.com/fresno/official. Shtml He lived with his mother in a tiny apartment until her death in 1988. At that time he owned nothing. Now, he lives in a beautiful home on 5 acres which he attributes to investing in Penny Stocks on the internet. An audit would verify that is not true. The deed to that home is one of the verified forgeries.
Right before I got away from this man, he told me the time had finally come for me to meet his ex-wife # 2, who he described as being, "in another world." I believe I almost did. My medical records show how sick I was during the 2-yr period I "dated" this man. The so-called "herbs" he was giving me (and putting in my food) took me to a place deeper than hell. So far gone, I did not even see what was being done to my home, right under my nose. Original tile torn out and put back, linoleum pulled up and put back down - getting into the plumbing and sewer lines. Lawns excavated! From one end of my home to the other, the theft and vandalism went beyond anything imaginable. (Later.) Vehicles switched/altered with trash - verified VIN altering. But due to my behavior while taking those "herbs" I am disregarded. Throughout all of this, behind my back, every tie to me was severed. I was being filmed with hidden cameras to show as proof that I am a deranged psycho. No one will listen to me - I do not know what I was set up to be found "guilty" of, but the hate for me is intense.
Misguided focus. No one ever looked his way or would even suspect that he has a trail of this. Nor will they now. Every bit of this appears legitimate which is how he recruited others ~ their silence and loyalty to him are serving him well. Nothing I say is believed, despite solid evidence. So HE will continue his secret sideline!
In the meantime, I have been unemployed, living in fear of my life. Damages are in excess of $1 million, however, I cannot find an attorney who will touch this, let alone on a contingency basis. With no income, I will lose my home next, and end up homeless. This man needs to be stopped and held accountable. He will otherwise never be caught again - he and the others are too good at what they are running.
FYI: In my search for wife # 2, I found 3 women claiming to be her.
