David A. Silva, atty was the partner of Wilbert G. Swieso, head of the City of Fresno's fake work crew. Annihilating people, taking property by fraud, forgery of insurance applications and legal documents in order to carry out Mr. Swieso's 50-yr "secret sideline." Secret altering of the city water system for upcoming water diversion. Mr. Swieso conspires with the City heavy-equipment operators for altering of city property and has his own entourage for reconstruction to private properties without permits or inspections. Property lines altered; property resold on deeds reflecting new measurements. Parcel maps and aerial views altered; no one questions anything.
Mr. Silva and Mr. Swieso's offices were next door to one another - they "shared" clients. That included me, resulting in fraudulent legal documents for my family's properties, appointing Mr. Swieso, "Successor Trustee!" Never expecting me to still be alive, properties were torn apart and rebuilt, all assets distributed. I was robbed, raped, poisoned, filmed with hidden cameras, left for dead. Reporting Mr. Silva for his participation in corrupt documents and suspected real estate theft resulted in CA State Bar Assn. Merely deeming his actions an "accident - no harm done."
To this day I am not sure that Mr. Silva was a legitimate attorney. I'm not sure he was who he claimed to be. Mr. Swieso seemed to "own and operate" him; in fact, Mr. Silva was not even listed in telephone directories! He said his clients were "referrals." So let's take a look at some of Mr. Silva's referrals prior to him secretly closing his office, never to be seen again.
Mr. Silva was the estate attorney for William Polzin, my neighbor across the street, who was murdered prior to his property being torn apart to alter city sewer/water lines.
Mr. Silva was the estate attorney for the mother of another deceased young man, around the corner from Mr. Polzin, where more sewer/water lines alterations took place.
Mr. Swieso also targeted by neighbor on the other side. City risk analyst was the last person seen speaking to Mr. Perez before his property was also torn apart to alter the sewer/water lines. Signature on the new deed looks like the one I saw Mr. Swieso forge on an insurance application. New owner to the property lives next door to Mr. Swieso's associate (Jeffry C. Winslow) who was poisoning me and said I would be meeting his former wife, "in another world." His former wife's signatures were verified by a handwriting expert as FORGED!

Feb CA State Bar Assn (Nancy C. Brown) defended their decision that Mr. Silva did not commit any crimes.
Mr. Silva had taken his clients' files and money, never to be seen again. After being allowed to destroy many more lives Mr. Silva was finally disbarred April with several cases pending against him. Mr. Swieso's actions were never looked into - not even the clients he shared with Mr. Silva.
I have endured years of ongoing hell as a result of the criminal networking / negligence. Family killed, properties taken, home left a shambles, pets killed, VIN altering - death threats for continuing to seek help. One person informed me that although I made it further than any of the rest, there is no way out of this. Believe me when I say that my days are numbered, which is why I am finally posting this.
