Risk analyst for City of Fresno. Committed perjury in having Restraining Order issued against me after I uncovered the City of Fresno's illegal, unauthorized, re-routing and cross-connecting of sewer/water lines throughout Fresno, CA.
The biggest and most corrupt operation in the history of the state of California would be exposed by simply digging into the empty lot next door to mine. A former appraiser for the City, Wilbert G. Swieso, has carried out one of the most incredulous operations imaginable.
This appears to have started 40 /- yrs ago, with plans of developing at Friant. Structures have been removed from their foundations in order to access these lines, creating horrendous damages and leaving water/sewer lines shoddily clamped together. City records altered to cover up unauthorized changes i.E., major construction, property lines, street widening, relocation of utility poles, storm drains, etc. With the current sewer upgrade in progress, these lines are somehow being connected. Illegal, unauthorized, no permits or inspections. This is behind Mr. Swieso's offers to his elderly insurance clients of "help with home repairs." Major damages and reconstruction to private property, leaving a trail of ID theft, missing people, illegal conversion of assets.
Then it was my turn. The first risk analyst lied about the cause behind sewage back-spills; there had never been an "investigation." As she took countless pictures of every inch of our property, seeming to focus on belongings that were later stolen/switched, she demanded that I speak to no one about these sewage backspills other than her. It was a matter of time before I discovered that the cause was not due to what she deemed, "negligence in sewer-line maintenance" but unauthorized reconstruction of my family's properties. Since this was behind the loss of our income properties, I continued my pleas for help and/or an explanation. She refused to even acknowledge me until finally stating, "I cannot talk to you about that." That is when Mr. Trost bravely stepped into the picture, to call me a "liar" and "crazy." By this point, I had obtained a copy of the sewer layout which verified exactly what I reported.in a desperate attempt to prevent this information from being exposed, these risk analysts committed perjury in having a R.O. Issued against me. Calling ME a "liar." They denied the 250 /- photographs taken of my property, and had the audacity to call ME a "danger" to THEIR lives, further demanding that I am prohibited from discussing this matter with ANYONE at City Hall other than Mr. Trost. Upon doing so, he immediately cut me off by demanding, "THIS IS OVER!" He has steadfastly refused to acknowledge me. The atrocities continue.
My family and I were on our own properties when the City of Fresno stepped in and had us annihilated. Under the direction of Mr. Swieso, we were poisoned, robbed, vehicles switched, properties torn apart and patched back together, leaving me the only survivor. With plans of eliminating me next, I was told that I was about to meet the others, "IN ANOTHER WORLD!" Fraudulent legal documents had already been prepared, naming Wilbert Swieso, "Successor Trustee" to my family's properties. I have been left unemployed in a mold-contaminated shell of my former home, in fear for my life. There is no way out once targeted by these people. How dare they call ME the "danger." The truth is that they finally got caught. There is a trail of this, which includes my neighbor. Same scenario - the same risk analyst was lying to him regarding sewage back-spills. With Mr. Swieso standing nearby, she was the last person to be seen speaking to my neighbor. New deed looks forged; new owner's address is next door to Mr. Swieso's associate, whose signatures have already been verified by a handwriting expert as forged. The risk analyst's R.O. Is nothing less than the fraudulent lawsuits filed by former tenants on these properties. Turning the tables to further discredit me continues to keep to keep the focus off where it needs to be. There are records that verify ongoing floods and gas-line vandalism on these properties - also being covered up. It was no coincidence that Mr. Swieso was never far, or without a turnkey to the City's water turn-off valve. The risk analyst assisted him in finishing what he set out to do to my family, our properties and belongings.
With older records of Fresno mysteriously "no longer available", one would have a hard time proving such a bizarre story. Not only do I have an older tract map which verifies the unauthorized changes to every parcel on the block, the city's sewer layout is further evidence. Old census records verify which house was removed, as others were shifted and altered to cover up the evidence.in turn, that verifies relocation of the utility poles, and underground utilities, which is why there are no old lawns left in the area and all sewer/water lines clamped. Regardless that PG&E has no record of this, the poles HAD to be relocated in order to line back up! Only an "old timer" would know that prior to this, the pole next to these properties was in an easement behind the Laundromat. Relocating it, I later realized, was the cause behind the additional $900 /- on my power bill I was forced to pay. That was at the approximate same time when all the cables and lines from the building next door to this utility pole had "mysteriously" fallen to the ground. Again, Mr. Swieso and his associate (retired PG&E) were nearby when that discovery was made - they insisted that I NOT notify PG&E, but rather call an electrician to come out. Upon protest, the tenant who had been "planted" put it all back up. But it was not put back in the same place - because that side of the wall came down in order to access the sewer/water lines without my knowledge or consent! Naturally, Mr. Trost claims I made this up yet he refuses to provide information on how he arrived at that conclusion.
The problem, I have come to realize, is that the lack of help is not due to the entire City of Fresno being behind this, but due to altered records. With nothing more to go on, and corruption such as this, there will never be any help or evidence of wrongdoing. Hence, the R.O. Filed by the very people who participated in what went on - as long as they can prevent me from reporting this to the appropriate officials, they are free to continue the atrocities. Until the slander and altered paperwork are set aside and an on-site investigation is conducted (by someone NOT involved in this), the truth will never be exposed. With the strict monitoring I am under, I am asking for your help in forwarding this information to an agency that will look into this. With evidence of this operation spreading to other cities, we are all in danger.
An on-site inspection could be done across the street, down the block or most anywhere else in town. To me, it would make sense that the empty lot next to mine is the most logical place to begin. I have the sewer layout and the plat map which verify the unauthorized alterations throughout the entire block. We may be headed for a disaster of major proportions. With little effort, this could be looked into before it is too late.
