I was grossly misled by this company. They told me that this was a regular credit card that could be used for any purchases. They said I would have a balance of at least $2000 and that the one time deducation from my account of $200 would be given directly back to me in the form of payment vouchers. After I had given all of my checking information another one of their sales representatives called me back to clarify the terms.
After I understood that purchases could only be made through some sort of catalog I immediately said no and that I did not want this card. The representative rudely replied "it's your credit" and hung up on me. About a week later they still took the $200 from my account. I went through this long dispute process (about 6 weeks) mailing them my bank stmnt and dispute letter. They ended up telling me that my dispute claim was not valid and that they hoped I would reconsider reinstating this card.
If anyone could help me on a recourse I would appreciate it. They should not keep getting away with this.
