I was looking for a secured credit card to rebuild my credit, USA credit was on the web page as a major credit card or secured credit card. I signed up for this card, and after giving my checking account number they debited my account for $ 149.00 After finding out they had debited my account I also found out this was not a credit building credit card but only a catalog card. I plan to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
