T-Mobile ripoff dishonest fradulent billing

Hello,

It's been a battle for six months now. December 26, my husband took my cell phone to T Mobile Ross Park Mall Pittsburgh Pa. Location. It had stopped working and was less than a year old.

When my husband arrived at this mall, employee Jason Davis was working that morning. He examined the phone and stated it's not repairable, and stated a new phone can be given to your wife. I was home sick with the yearly flu and couldn't get to the mall. With having 4 kids and needing a phone, my husband helped me out and went to the mall for me.

Jason Davis stated the only way to handle this problem, would be to terminate your wife's account and open a new acount in your husband's name Alan Schmidt.

First of all, Several T-mobile reps had stated that Jason Davis didn't need to close a account to issue a new workable phone. Jason could of just added a new line to the old account. But I was told by other T-mobile reps that every new activation fee that is started the reps get a kick back. Jason was looking only out for himself that Dec. 26 2004 morning, he's pure greed!!! He talked my husband into something that was handled very wrong and now we are hounded constantly with phone calls and mail from a collection agency for a 200.00 termination fee that was not our fault.

The most recent phone call from Revenue Service collection agency on Jan. 5 threaten our assets we have. They have contacted my parents trying to chase me down, which I hadn't lived with for 20 years. Revenue Service collection agency number is 1 800-946-5826. They also stated if maybe I pay just 140.00 then this problem with T-mobile might go away.

In the past 6 months, phone calls from T-mobile are not returned from their supervisor, they just went ahead and turned you into a collection agency.

In June we added 3 more phones to my husband's account for our teenagers. That is a total of 4 phones now under the same account. After the last 3 phones were issued in June, that's when this problem accured trying to collect a 200.00 termination fee that never existed.

Why would it take 6 months to try to collect a termination fee? Time period Dec 04 to June 05. We never canceled or terminated a phone, it was switched to a account in my husband's name instead.

BEWARE BEWARE!!! After doing some internet searching T-mobile has a nasty reputation, people ended up with the same problems as us. If ever purchasing from a T-mobile dealer, everything he states, get in writing or tape record the entire conversation. After paying for 4 phones and loyally every month, T-mobile puts a bad taste in my mouth. With all the other providers out there, beware find something else in looking for a cell phone not T-Mobile.in June our contract will be up and I'll purchase 4 phones through another provider. T-mobile is a big scam and are ripping people off. The connection with our phones are the pits also.
