Ripoff, lost phone cost 250.00 fee

I was ripped-off by mobile solutions, I purchased a at&t phone package, with two phones free, 59.99mo. 9.99 additional line. I lost a phone, contacted at&t, was told no new phones were available due to at&t being bought-out by cingular. So i called at&t, and cingular they agreed to send me two cingular phones and switch my plan to cingular. I agreed with no extra charges attached to the transaction.

4 monthes later I bounce my checking account 550.00, no clue why, check statement 250.00 charge from mobile-solutions. They gave me no notice so I bounced 550.00 worth of checks including fees. This charge is from early termination of contract; although I still have two cingular phones and still keep the service. The bad part of this is that 250.00 fee is to make up for AT&T or Cingular back-charging mobile-solutions for the phones if contract terminated early.

They were never charged. I think they are good services, dealing with a nasty middleman (mobile-solutions). I think everyone looking at this has had a bad experiance with mobile-solutions and should seek something from the service-provider for dealing with such a nasty and dishonest retailer, whether it be they seek retrobution for customers by threat of pulling service from mobile solutions; or complain to the mall for letting such disreputable, nasty bussinesses in their retail space.
