I have a court order for Robert W. Ruffeino. When he has appeared in court, he had no tax info. Or the legal documents were never provided (were requested by the judge). For two yrs. I have been trying to supoena him to provide documents but we cannot find him. I need help finding him, Ex;address, any further legal documents associated with his prior legal proceedings, phone records, marriage info. I believe he is driving without a liscense, and skipped paying a car lease with Anthonys Leasing, Ft Lauderdale. There should be information with the FTC regarding his whereabouts. HELP I have a daughter with a chronic illness and it is imperitive that a criminal like that should have to face his resposibilities. Thank you
