Robert Roupe of Morgantown, WV is the worst father I have ever seen, besides abandoning his children, he owes thousands of dollars in back child support for my siblings. Exactly four children he has with two different women, now he talks of having another. He is also a criminal he has scammed many people throughout the states like florida, wv, pa and is currently residing in georgia. He should be convicted and thrown in prison for life. I would laugh. Here's to you Robert may your life be as miserable as possible.
