Starting at least six months ago, my American Express credit card statements show an unauthorized recurring charge of $9.95 per month by CIC Credit Monitoring. I have never authorized such service. When I get online searching for this company in Yahoo.com, I was amazed that many consumers have already filed numerous complaints online about this credit card fraud against the very same company.
It is an obvious act of theft. I was even more surprised that this type of complaints all fell on the deaf ear of the Californian law enforcement who have failed to act decisively to fight and stop this crime, instead they let it run rampant throughout American consumers for so long. Some complaints were even dated back to 2003!
