I received a phone call from advantage america stating that I would be getting 12,500.00 in government grants. 500.00 worth of grocery coupons. I was very skeptical. She was a very fast talker and had a very strong accent. I usually hang up. I never fall for anything like this. But I did. She said that I had paid my taxes over the years and that this was money that citizens were getting back for paying your taxes over the years. I was very stressed out at the time of the phone call and my 6 yr old son was talking to me during the conversation. I gave my account number out. I was immediately sorry for that. I looked this co. UP ON THE INTERNET AFTER i HUNG UP THE PHONE!!! I am watching my bank account and am going to close it. I am not expecting to get anything in the mail from them nor any money. Please do not fall into this trap. Iam a well educated person that has always been skeptical!!! Today I was weakened.
