My story is the same as Ms. Dee from Elyria, Ohio I received a call from a Bur Couples calling from Capital Financial on Sept. 22, claiming for a $200.00 deposit he will send us a credit card in the amount of $2,000.00 with 4 $50.00 payment coupons to help make payments. We went ahead and put the $200.00 in my account and on Sept. 23 Capital Financial took it out of my account. To this day I have not received any credit card, I just came across this web site and read the same thing happened to other people, I'm leaving now to report this to the bank and to Law Enforcement.
