Card Ripoff Capital Financial misled me in to withdrawing $200 out of my bank account

I am reporting Capital Financial for misleading me. They discussed that it was a credit card card like visa and withdrew 200 dollars out of my account. I have never been able to contact them by phone or the internet yet and it's been at least ten days.

So i'm reporting Capital Financial for Fraud, because I am out of two Hundred dollars, I'm also contacting the bank, and try and be reinbursed.
