I received a phone call from capital financial informng me that, i was approved for a credit card with a 2,000 limit including cash advance. When i asked the agent if they were capital one they said yes. Since i did apply for a credit card from capital one later that week. To make the story short they misled me!!! Con me!!! Since they had all the same specials that capital one was offerring and i had given capital one all my info. When filing out application& like a dummy i gave them all my info. Thinking i'm approved.
Part of the deal was i had to pay 200.00 and they will just debit out of my acct. Still being con they had debited my acct. 100.00 that week. When the transaction was posted to my acct. I noticed that it said capital des. I called capital one to confirm, but of course they had no clue what i was talking about.
That day i contacted capital financial to investigate. The staff was very unknowledgeable about their company or maybe they were just caught up in a lie that they don't know what to say anymore. I was passed to agent to agent then they said their computer was down and they can't help me now and to call back. Since that time they no longer answer the phones when i call!!!
