Ripoff, poor business practices, unfair late charges outlandish ripoff late fees political corruption rip off scam con artists political corruption outlandish ripoff late fees

I have had an HRS USA account for over two years now and it has not gone down at all in that time frame. I belive they hold the payments until they are late and then enter them. On several bills the late fee is added 1-2 days before the payment is posted, even though it is sent in plenty of time to get there
