In March I ordered some materials from passionshops.com for a friend's birthday party. To this date (October 5) the order has not been shipped.
The company has a tracking website, which indicates that my order has been dispatched. No tracking information has been provided. I've attempted to contact the company via e-mail, telephone, and using their customer service "ticket" system.
I have requested several times that my order be canceled. To date, the website still states that my order is "dispatched." The "tickets" I've submitted come back declaring that the issue has been resolved, but I beg to differ. I'm out over $70.00, which as a full time college student, I could totally use.
Passionshops.com screwed me... And I didn't even get to enjoy it.
