Placed an order on 11/30. One month past, called customer service and was told that they would send "shipping" a message.
I also replied to a confirmatin email from a gentleman by the name of Robert Herrera, and no response.
A couple of days later, I called customer service again, they gave me Robert Herrera's phone # in which I left a voice message, again no response.
The next day I called Robert and left another voice message and sent another email, again no response.
Called customer service one last time to request a refund, in which they stated they were not authorized to issue a credit and to call Robert Herrera. At this time I just gave up.
It is no February 13 and still have not received the product nor received a response.
