So far, the company has not responded to e-mails, contact form, or phone messages. The phone number they provide to credit card companies is a private residence listing in Fort Myers... And is not their phone number.
The names used on the sites include Jami Sidell and Cathy Fitzsimmons. The buysexywear.com site appears to be a newer mirror image of the passionshops.com site. We are attempting to find the ISP that is hosting their sites.
The encryption certificate on the main site is expired (passionshops) so information entered by customers is not secure. We are attempting to get in touch with the company whose encryption software logo they have posted on the site. Their newsletter, e-mail list, and customer service software do not appear to actually exist. They claim to be working on their customer help software with the vendor. It does not appear to be possible to enter messages in their blog site.
