I ordered the computer in Sept. Of 2003. I started having problems with it as soon as I turned it on. Had to reinstall printer software everytime I needed to use it. Had to reinstall all programs everytime I wanted to use them. Could not get AOL to install at all.
Reported problems many times, and they refused to fix it. They had me do several things over the phone including unstall and reinstall windows completely. Once that was done he told me that that was all he could do and he will have to refer me to someone else, I asked how long will that be he said in about four days that was on Nov. 24. On Dec. 3 someone called and stated that my request to return the computer had been denied. I then packed it back in the box, and mailed them a certified letter on Aug. 23.
I have yet to hear from them. I have good credit and this is the only negative thing on my credit and I would like it resloved. I'm disabled and thought that by get this computer it would help me but it has made things worse for me. It has put me under alot of stress.
