After hurricane Ivan ripped my roof apart I hired Steep Roofing Company to replace it. I gave them a check for 3500.00 the first week in December to order supplies needed to replace my roof.
It is now 4 months later and they are still giving excuses for not being able to do it. Over one month ago Dwayne Woodman told me that there was one roof ahead of me. DOES it take a full month to do one roof? I had to beg him to come out and repair his patch job that was still pouring water into my dining room when it rained. Therefore more damage to my home due to his shotty patch job. Now that I want my money back, he says my 3500. Will be minus patch job and penalty for returning supplies.
Supplies never ordered as far as I know. No shingles or any other materials have been delivered to my home showing intention that he is going to do the job.
I believe he used my money to fund other roofs on his list. Do not hire Steep Roofing. They are liars and scammers. No way to run a business. Their message on their machines states PRIDE AND PROFESSIONALISM is what they are about... B.S.
