Lack of customer service - Inspiron 1720

Case # 627386104 - I've had issues with this computer since I took it out of the box and all the techs want to do is reinstall windows. I tried to tell them there was nothing wrong with the hard drive (both times) but they insisted on replacing it. The problems re-occurred just the same. I've had several "memory management" crashes but techs won't replace the memory because it passes the diagnostics. I have to reinstall windows every 6-8 wks because things slowly get corrupted until nothing works properly anymore. It causes my CD drive to malfunction sometimes, and causes the backup utility to think it's backing up my files but the dvd's will be faulty when I try to reinstall the files. I've had 3 mgrs give me their number and tell me they would stay with me until it gets resolved, only to have them ignore my messages from then on. It took 11 months for someone to finally update the Bios, which stopped the blue screen but none of the other issues. Now my warranty is expiring in 3 days and I still have a computer that has something wrong with it.
