I purchased my V2Premier in October. Within the first week I had to call tech support because my hard drive crashed. They had me restore my hard drive over the phone. Everything I had done so far was completely lost and I had to start all over.
AOL does not work properly, I have had to reinstall this numerous times and alot to the software that came with the system is obsolete and cannot be registered to use. When I use my V2 now it continually shuts off in the middle of what I am doing and will rebute itself. I then need to start all over again.
I have reported these problems numerous times, but no one seems to know how to fix them. I bought this computer, because it had everything I was looking for at the time and didn't think a company like ShopNBC would promote something they did not stand behind.
I have started to sell my products on-line and still continue to have problems, which causes me serious delays.
I will be purchasing a new computer within the next couple of weeks as my on-line business has taken off and I need a computer I can count on. For sure it will be from a ruputable company.
