My story is similar to the one file November. Call One has called me to offer the MOvie pass... The telemarketer was talking so fast and kept insisting. Until finally i agreed to the service and he had asked for my checking account number and routing number for the e-check. He tols me i was going to be charged $3.95 for the initial month of the service and that i was to recieve my package in the mail. He told me i have one week to cancel the package in case i had changed my mind and i did so.
A couple of weeks later i saw they had charged me $149.99 for the Call One Service. I called immediately and told them i had canceled the service from PRemiere benefit. The girl had told me that they are a separate company from Premiere Benefit, though i could still get my money back... She sent me the file for refund form, i filled it out and sent it back. After that i have been calling them and they keep telling me to wait 10-14 business days. At one point i called everyday but they kept giving me the same answer. A couple weeks ago i tried calling the number, there is no answer, it just goes straight to a busy tone!
I am Mad and frustrated, I still havent gotten my money Back.
