In early April I recieved a phone call from these rip-offs, stating that I would get a free $200 gift card for trying their product. All I had to do was cancel within seven days of receiving the package. My account was suppose to be charged only $3.95 for shipping.
In May, I recieved my bank statement and noticed that these scum had taken out $119.90 on two different occassions. I had never received their so-called "package". I called and demanded a refund and they stated that I had waited to long to request a refund.
I disputed the matter with my bank and the bank returned my money. Buyers Union-Premeire Benefits sent me an apology letter.
I though that everything had been taken care of when my bank notified me last week concerning the manner. Buyers Union-Premiere Benefits refused to refund the money to the bank. The bank, in turn, took the money out of my account again.
When I called them they stated that I had waited to long to request a refund! I threatened them with legal action and they did not seem to care.
I am currently talking to a lawyer to find out the steps I need to take to make these people pay. The money is a big concern of mine but it is also the principle of the matter. I will get my money back!
