Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

In march i recieved a phone call at my job telling me that i had won a $200.00 shopping spree. All i had to do was to pay $3.95 for sipping and handling. I gave them the banking information and was told that i would recieve the package in a couple of weeks;and that i had a free trial period for money saving on movie passes. Two weeks went by and i never recieved the package until after the free trial period had ran out. I even called several times to tell them ihad not recieved the package yet. They deducted the $149.90 from my checking account. I called them again and told them i whiched not to recieve the package and to cancel my suscription and send me a refund. They informed me that i had to fill out a check request form and at which i did and sent it back to them and was told that i would recieve my refund within fourteen days of recieving the form. I waited fourteen days and still did not recieve any check. I have called on several occasions and got a different custermer service rep. Every time. I have even ask to speak to a manager and was told that i could talk to a supervisor. Well here it is september and i am still getting the run around. Can someone please help me get my money back.
