Parvin Dunkel (manager) in her mid sixties has been working here to long and needs to be replaced with a kind and better one. She has this fifty some odd year old suck a$ servent (Joeseph) that lives on the property in Apt# 228 that carries a walkie talkie with him at all times with Parvin (manager) his master on the other end.
Between the two they carrie out covert spying operations and other strange acts. Parvin loves being in control of peoples lives, home, bed ect... Being that most of are tenants originat from other contries and don't know are laws feeling lucky to be in the USA she's manipulates them into doing what she tells them to do like getting info on someone or what ever.
We have only one water heater for the hole building. I like to play bumb with her just to see what she will try to pull on me. One day the hot water was out again. I called her, blocking my ID and using a foreign accent, to complain about it.
She said, "who is this? What apartment are you in?" I replied, "what does it matter"? She yelled, "how can I fix your hot water if I don't know who you are. Their is a heater on each floor!" I said no theirs not. Theirs only one. She got so mad because she did no know who called so She could retaliate against for complaining she hung up on me.
On Dec 28-04 my Korean neighbors door mechanism was broken by a locksmith. The only way she could open the door to get out was to pry open the door catch with a screwdriver. My neighbor call the manager the next day to fix it. The managers servent tried but could not fix it and said he needed to order parts and left.
Meanwhile every day I hear tring to pry her way outwith the screw driver. Come Jan 1-05 the managers servent tried but at no surpise to me could not fix it and left. Later in the day I here my neighbor freaking out and screaming for help. After going over their to help her. I ended up having to call the Fire Department to get her out. I'll be back thier other stories
