Ripoff ordered cigs with bank card took 60 dollars out imideatlty and never sent order nor do they answer there phones at all

I ordered ciggarettes on feb 20th with the understanding order to be proccessed in a day or 2. Still no delivery and no response from company. I have a bad feeling and once i get my bank statement i will be filing criminal charges!!! These people dont answer phone or anything i am very pissed.
