Justflowers vitrualflowers blatantly false advertising, total ripoff no flowers won't answer phones and still charging for the order after it was cancelled! Internet

My daughter ordered some beautiful white roses for me for valentines day

She was assured that although the florists closed at 8pm that they would be delivering up to 11pm.

The flowers were never delivered, and they are not answering the phones, no voicemail, nothing. The phone has been ringing for the past 20 min and no answer. Emails go unanswered and the order department says they are an answering service and they have nothing to do with the company.

She received a computer recorded call on the 17th asking if they could still deliver the flowers and pressed the appropriate number to cancel the order all together. Still not getting any response from the company believing the order to be cancelled she checked her bank acct balance to find that they have in fact charged her fr hte flowers that were never delivered and are still not responding

Buyer beware!!!
