Ripoff does not answer consumer inquiries, degrades customers San Diego

I ordered 2 dj turntable cases on Feb 12. I rec'd and email confirmation on 2/12. This confirmation stated that deliveries could take upt to 15 days since the build the equipment. The equipment I ordered was Eurolite and did not have to built so I assumed it would be quicker.

On Feb 16 I sent an email asking them when the deliver would arrive. On Feb 17th my account was debited $189 and I emailed them again for the delivery date. I did not receive a reply so I emailed again on the 19th and 20th. On Monday the 23rd I emailed again to no avail. On the 24th of Feb I looked up the business on the Yahoo merchants feedback area and noticed several negative reviews, one person said they never rec'd their order at all.

I called my bank, told them to cancel the payment as I felt I was defrauded. I then emailed prodjcases again and the response I got was "you have a bad temper, your order is on it's way, man." Exact words. I then asked why they didn't answer my inquiries and the response was "you need to control your temper, we're not the suppliers, we ship from somewhere else" (the company is from San Diego-apparently - and so am I, their website also said that their orders go out within 24 hours).

I asked them to cancel my order and the response was "it's on its way, you can return it if you want to.." I have no desire to spend my $189 with these people, they're rude and offered no apology or explanation. Nobody whould do business with this company.
