I recently placed to orders for valentines, and paid the $ 4.99 for expedite service, i got my delivery @ 8:00pm and what i got was not what i had ordered at all also i paid for 3 ballons i only got one: (, on my 2nd order that was for my mom i never got it and i have sent them emails and phone calls with no response at all. They sent me an email last night saying were going to deliver my order on 2/15 the next day, i replied to email saying i want to cancell the order and get a refund, as of now i still dont get a response and they dont answer the phone, my advise to you all is dont ever, ever use this people for your flower needs please take my advice, they have the worse service ever.
