Ordered $1 sample. Got for moths order taken out of my bank account

Ordered $1, sample. Checked bank statement they had withdrew $45.00. Called them and cancelled the order. Two weeks later received merchandise. Did not know what it was. They will not except return to sender. Need RMA # to return they will not answer their phone to give me that number. Tried to due email no answer yet.
