My wife and I moved out of Mountain Terrace Apartments on 1-15-05. We Paid till 2-04-05 because we broke our lease. We were told by Managment that if someone else rented the Apartment we would recieve our deposit back in full (plus any overages in rent)
A new Tennant moved into our Apartment on 1-31-05. We were told over the phone that we would receive our deposit and rent overage (5 days) in the mail within 2 weeks. Now over 3 weeks later (California law states we MUST recieve check within 3 weeks) And over a dozen phone calls, we still have not received our check. To make matters worse anytime we call, we are givin the run-around and not one person has been able to tell us when we will receive our check.
If you enjoy being given the run-around, not having resonable questions answered or just being frustated by incompetent employee's please, by all means, rent an apartment from this company.
