I recently rented an apartment from Britain Commercial called Sharlands Terrace in Reno, NV. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience there. When I moved in, the manager assured me the rent would not increase, and six months later the rent increased by $70 a month. The apartments advertise as luxury apartments, but I feel more like I lived in a trailer park. My privacy was not respected, and employees seem to be able to say whatever they like and not be responsible for their words.
I had to move out a couple weeks earlier than I had planned and still had to pay the new increased rent price even though I wasn't living there. I cleaned the apartment meticulously and was still charged an $85 cleaning fee. The staff changes every couple of weeks. This is not a good company to rent from.
