My last order was to be sent out on 11/29/04. I didn't receive it and called them twice, they were supposed to send me another order and it's been approx. 30 days since I last talked to them.
I have tried to call them and the phone is constantly busy and some times the voice mail comes on to say the voice mail box is full.
I never seemed to have a problem with the company until I ordered 4 cartons instead of my usual 2.
I had wondered about their honesty as I never received any type of receipt or billing, they just submitted the bill to my credit card company.
Does anyone know how I go about getting my money back into my bank account?
