I went on line to balance my checking account in mid December. I found that I was was negative $504.00. I called the bank and they told me Galleria USA charged my debit card $139.95.
This account was a business account and only used for small purchases. I called the company and they credited my account the $139.95 within 2 days and they wanted me to send in my bank statement so they could credit the bouncing fees. I did so on 1/13/05.
Then I received a denial letter stating they need more information. I sent that in 1/24/05. I called them on 2/11/05 and was told that a denial letter was sent out on 2/7/05.
This company caused $364.00 in fees that I had to put back in myself. I don't make much money and $364.00 is more than I make in a week. It took me 3 weeks to get my account positive.
They caused a tremendous Financial hardship on me and my family and It is only fair that they refund my hard earned money.
