Misen carbon steel pan: first, I'm eighty-six years old and could lift the pan only with a struggle. Second, I seasoned the pan as directed (6 one-hour sessions at 400 degrees). The first time I used the pan, food stuck to the bottom. I sent a total of three emails to Misen and never received a reply. I want to return the pan for a full refund. I will never recommend Misen to friends or purchase any items from them in the future. Help.
