I received a pair of these glasses as a gift from my wife, First day wearing them they broke (after one hour), we left out of town for the weekend but as soon as we returned we printed out the return form and shipped them back (to CO). Wife e-mailed them the next day explaining everything, she got an automated reply saying they merged with California. We've left several voice messages at the CO office. No reply. We've e-mailed Calif and called and left messages. No reply.
Finally, I got thru to Calif. And they say they are not merged with Colorado and they would have to take care of their own bussiness... So bottom line. I'm stuck without any glasses and no refund coming I'm sure.
These folks have had ample time to return calls and assure me that they would replace my glasses or give a full refund.
I do not recommend anyone purchasing from these folks, California has informed me that the CO office is moving in to someone's Garage... Whoa... Professional.
Having said that... I wouldn't buy from either.
Steer Clear... Avoid the scam of worthless products.
