I won a pair of brand new, in box BLACK 2012 Mavic Carbon (soled) Avenir Cycling Shoes from this fraudster.

He sent me a pair of 2009 edition, WHITE, non carbon shoes, essentially a lower order specification pair which must have been old stock he had lying around and can't get rid off.

When I complained, he first claimed that he doesn't even have it in stock (i guess i'm the unlucky mug getting the last dregs treatment) and don't understand why i received it! Yet his address and name is clearly shown on the USPS parcel.

I demanded that he sent me the correct shoes, in exchange for the older, crappy shoes he sent and refund to me the shipping cost I would have incurred for the return postage.

He reply by telling me to return the shoes for a full refund of of the initial costs only not including the return postage.

I stressed to him in additional emails that I want to swap for the correct shoes - as I don't want a refund.
