DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FLOWERS - PARTICULARLY FROM FLOWERSHOPPING.COM
THEY SENT STANDARD ARRANGEMENT - WHEN WE ORDERED PREMIUM. WHEN WE SENT PHOTOS THEY RECOGNIZED THAT THEY SENT THE WRONG ARRANGEMENT - BUT THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THERE WAS A LOT OF BACK AND FORTH - NOTHING OCCURRED.
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A CALL CENTRE AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT ANY DISPUTES YOU HAVE. THEY STALL AND DROP OUT OF COMMUNICATION - THEN THEY USE THAT TO THEIR ADVANTAGE AND TELL YOU THEY CAN'T REIMBURSE YOU FOR THE DIFFERENCE NOW - BECAUSE ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS!!! WTH!!!
PHOTO ONE IS THE STANDARD VERSION OF THE ARRANGEMENT WE ORDERED.
PHOTO TWO IS SUPPOSEDLY THE 'PREMIUM' VERSION OF PHOTO ONE - IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE ONE SHOWN NOR IS IT EVEN REMARKABLY CLOSE TO 'PREMIUM'
