First order on August 2 was delivered and did not look anything like the photo on the website. I ordered the largest arrangement and received an arrangement that looked smaller than the smallest arrangement on the website. I called to let them know and they sent me a promo code for $50.00 off the next order. I placed another order with them on September 27. The promo code did not work and I was charged full price. Again, the arrangement did not look anything like it did on the website. Very disappointing. I contacted the company, and they said the best they could do was offer me a $30.00 refund... For a $50.00 promo code. I thought $50.00 was $50.00, not $30.00. I denied the refund because I felt it was insufficient. They do not deliver what they promise. I found other complaints on the internet against their company on this website. Unfortunately, it was after I ordered from them. They are a fraudulent company charging customers for a product that is never delivered. From the looks of it, I'm one of many that has been taken advantage of by this company. It's a shame.
