Did not receive full orde

I have contacted Kasey Palmer several times for a refund she will not respond to my inquiries. I Ordered from her cosmetic line and on l y received one item. I feel she does not run her business professionally and other ladies should be aware before purchasing from her. She will keep their money if there is a problem with an order.
