Only One Item Received, Refund Requests Unanswered

I have contacted Kasey Palmer several times for a refund, but she will not respond to my inquiries. I ordered from her cosmetic line and only received one item. I feel she does not run her business professionally, and other ladies should be aware before purchasing from her. She will keep their money if there is a problem with an order.
